This is a magazine/newsletter
by machine knitters, and for machine knitters. Originally by Alles
Hutchinson, it is now published six times a year by Linda Williams
of Country Knitting of Maine, USA. I am the sole UK & European
distributor of this excellent publication - issues can be purchased
separately, or it is also available as a yearly
subscription at a reduced cost. Subscriptions run from July
to May each year; if you subscribe part way through a year, you
will initially receive all back issues for that year, plus new issues
as they become available. Issues can be ordered online or by post,
payment is accepted by Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, and cheques/postal
orders.
Each issue averages around 50 - 60 pages, and contains lots
of patterns, helpful articles, hints and more. Watch our continuing series on
felting by Kathryn Doubrley, lessons for beginners by Linda Williams and starting
in the second issue a wonderful series on the DAK (DesignaKnit) program by Cathie
Sanders, starting with beginners. Plus lots of patterns by some wonderful writers:
Gail Darby, Sharon Baker, Jennie Merritt, Cari Farling, Suz Nelson, Mellany Maxwell,
Roz Porter, Mary Poyntor-Batt, Mike Becker, Cathie Sanders and more. There really
is something for every machine knitter. Hopefully, the magazine will answer your
questions and help you make your machine easier to work with, and bring more people
